Steubenville North Youth Conference

Registration Instructions

To complete registration, you must fill out and turn in two forms and a non-refundable deposit.

1. Click here to access the second online registration form.
2. You must have an account on this site in order to register.
3. Click on the words create an account to begin that process.
4. The account should be for the person registering for the event. Use the name and information for the teenager attending the conference.
5. Follow the instructions to create an account. Be sure to use an active email address, as you will be emailed important information.
6. After you have created an account you will then sign into that account to register for the Steubenville Youth Conference.
7. Fill out all the necessary fields and then click the Finish Registration button.
8. Print the next page, sign and date it in the appropriate spaces and return this form to HNOJ along with the HNOJ Teen Registration Form located on the left-hand side of this page and your deposit.
