Holy Name of Jesus School Computer Lab

  Computer Lab

Computer skills and competencies, curriculum areas and special projects are included in the Computer curriculum. A special effort is made to integrate computers and technology into classroom curriculum areas by providing each classroom with computer stations as well. At the beginning of each school year, parents and students are required to read and sign a Holy Name of Jesus Network and Internet Acceptable Use Policy before they can use the Internet. Theses forms will be sent out as part of the handbook packet. Please return them signed the first day of school.

Wendy Mitchell

Hi, my name is Wendy Mitchell. I have been teaching technology at Holy Name of Jesus School since 2005. For the six years prior to that time, I was a paraprofessional in the library and second and third grades. I have my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout.

What I enjoy the most about teaching technology at Holy Name of Jesus School is the community. The students, parents and staff work together to help our students work to their potential.

It is exciting for me to be teaching technology. Combining my teaching and business background have helped me look at how I can best prepare students for future years in school and the business world. Technology is ever changing and it is exciting to be a part of those changes and teaching our students.
