He grew up in Mound, Minnesota, a town he left in 1974 to begin his studies at St. John Vianney Seminary, the University of St. Thomas, and the St. Paul Seminary. He was ordained a priest in 1982 and has served in a variety of parishes.
	Fr. Joseph-Quoc Vuong Associate Pastor and Parish Life fr.joseph@hnoj.org Send message 763-745-3491	Fr. Joseph-Quoc Vuong has been associate pastor at Holy Name of Jesus since July 2009. He also works with outreach ministries and events associated with Parish Life. He is from Vietnam, a country he left along with two of his brothers and sisters in 1989. After spending five years at the University of St. Thomas working on his English and completing college courses, Fr. Joseph entered St. Paul Seminary in 2002.
	Deacon Sam Catapano Deacon scatapano@hnoj.org Send message 763-745-3496	Deacon Sam Catapano has been a member of Holy Name of Jesus for 35 years and a deacon for 10 years. He also assists at funerals, serves as a witness at mixed marriages, and is the chaplain of HNOJ School and Faith Formation classes, teaching Bible studies and Religious Education. His desire is to serve God, His church and His people.
	Rev. Mr. Dennis Hanson Deacon and Parish Life dhanson@hnoj.org Send message 763-233-0242	Deacon Dennis Hanson has been a member of Holy Name of Jesus for 15 years and served as a deacon for nearly 11 years. Along with his role as deacon, Dennis is very involved in parish ministries. He started the Men’s Bible Study at HNOJ, serves as a witness at mixed weddings and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He also now works with outreach ministries and events associated with Parish Life at HNOJ.

Faith Formation

Patti graduated from St. John’s with an MA in Pastoral Ministry from the School of Theology in 2008. Prior to coming to HNOJ, Patti was director of Faith Formation for St. Croix Valley in Stillwater and director of Elementary Faith Formation, Confirmation and Youth Ministry in Marshall, Minnesota.
	Jennifer Ladendorf Children's Faith Formation Coordinator (3 yrs-Grade 6) jladendorf@hnoj.org Send message 763-745-3483	Jennifer Ladendorf has been serving the Holy Name of Jesus Community in the role of Elementary Faith Formation Coordinator since 2009. Prior to her role as Elementary Coordinator, Jennifer began serving the HNOJ community in 2006 as the Communications Coordinator. Jennifer’s passion is helping children learn about the intricacies of the Catholic faith.

Kory attended St. John’s University where he received his Bachelors in Theology with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. His joy is walking with young people and their families as they journey towards deeper relationship with Jesus Christ within the rich tradition of the Catholic faith.
	Chris Kostelc Coordinator of Senior High Youth Ministry ckostelc@hnoj.org Send message 763-745-3489	Chris Kostelc grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Theology and a focus in Pastoral Ministry. In 2009, Chris completed a master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry at the SJU School of Theology. His greatest joy in ministry is watching a teen "get it" for the first time and share that new knowledge with friends and family.

Judy was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Minnesota in the mid-80s because of her husband, Bob’s job with Dayton-Hudson Corporation. Judy and her husband have two married daughters and three grandchildren.

Liturgy

He is responsible for liturgical ministries, events such as Reconciliation services and children's liturgies, including school liturgies.

She is currently the director of music, and she is responsible for HNOJ choirs, cantors and accompanists, and for guiding our musicians through their music selections.
	Barb Stender Director of Adult Choir 763-473-7901 extension 404	Barb Stender has been with Holy Name of Jesus for nearly 25 years. During that time, she has been a cantor, directed children's choir, and she currently is director of the Adult Choir at HNOJ.

	Mandy Inhofer Director of Summer Choir/Parish Children's Choir minhofer@hnoj.org Send message	Mandy Inhofer directs the Summer Choir and Parish Children's Choir at Holy Name of Jesus. She spent much of her childhood at HNOJ, receiving the sacraments and attending elementary school here. She then went on to attend Luther College, where she earned degrees in music and English, and the University of Minnesota, earning her masters degree in Vocal Performance.

Pastoral Care

She graduated from the University of St. Catherine and received a social work degree: BSW, LSW in 1994. Anne Marie additionally earned a Certificate of Spiritual Direction from Christos Center in 2008.

Administration

He has worked as a CPA for much of his career, including running his own CPA firm for 15 years. Prior to coming to Holy Name of Jesus, Kevin also earned a MDiv degree from Luther Seminary and served as a Methodist pastor for two years before returning to accounting.

She currently works as office manager and is also responsible for room scheduling, as well as liturgy program and publication layout. Previous duties at HNOJ have been payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and parishioner data entry. Barb is married and has three adult children.

She works primarily with the contributions for the church, as well as school tuition billing and collecting. She enjoys working here and loves the community.

She serves as a resource for those conducting financial transactions or needing financial information. Patrice and her family joined Holy Name of Jesus in 2004. Patrice serves as a Eucharistic minister, adorer for the Adoration Chapel, catechist for Faith Formation, and a volunteer for various parish events.

She serves as a resource to all staff in matters of human resources. As volunteer coordinator, Michele works with staff and volunteers to ensure compliance with PCYI guidelines and other issues related to volunteerism. Michele is also the VIRTUS local coordinator for the parish.

He in this role at HNOJ from 1994-2001 and returned to this role in April 2013.
	Jerald Valento Building and Grounds Supervisor (Second Shift) jvalento@hnoj.org Send message	Jerald Valento is our Building and Grounds Supervisor (Second Shift), and in this role Jerald supervises building and grounds as well as maintenance issues. He works at HNOJ from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. He has past experience in engineering, as well as 30 years as a construction manager and estimator, during which time his projects included many schools and churches.

Amy also enjoys being involved in the parish with her family as parishioners. While earning her bachelor’s degree at Creighton University, Amy met her husband, Bob. Holy Name of Jesus School

	Martha Laurent Principal of HNOJ School mlaurent@hnoj.org Send message 763-745-3485	Martha Laurent joins us this year, 2012-2013, as principal of Holy Name of Jesus School. Martha has enjoyed an active and diverse career in Catholic education, working at St. Hubert School in Chanhassen for 13 years--first as a teacher, then as a dean and finally as principal. She additionally served as principal at St. Pascal Baylon in St. Paul. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Minnesota, plus a master’s degree in educational leadership and an educational specialist degree from St. Thomas University. She feels blessed to be welcomed into the HNOJ School family.
	Carla Durand HNOJ School Office Manager cdurand@hnoj.org Send message 763-473-3675	Carla Durand serves as office manager for Holy Name of Jesus School, where she has worked for six years. Her responsibilities include handling all incoming phone calls and emails regarding our school. She works directly with HNOJ School’s principal and assists the teachers and parents with any questions. She enjoys greeting the kids every morning and making sure that they have a safe and happy day.
