Communion Outreach
Trained lay ministers serve as prayer partners and supportive companions to those seeking help in coping with difficult life situations. Help those who are sick, housebound, dying or going through transitions in their lives. Volunteers provide pastoral visitation with Eucharist as well as communion services at nursing homes.

Prayer can change lives. Live out this ministry by praying for parishioners who have requested your intercession. Receive prayers either by phone or email. Confidentiality is required.

Provide a salad or help serve a buffet-style meal (set up, serve, and clean up). Notification by phone as needed.
