Silent Auction and Bidding

Legacy Gala Silent Auction On-line bidding begins March 6!

If you can’t make it to the Gala this year, you can still participate in our silent auction. Bid anywhere! You can use your phone, tablet or computer to bid on some fabulous sports tickets, restaurant gift certificates, spa packages, museum and so much more!

Log on to www.HolyName17.gesture.com. The silent auction closes the night of the Gala at 7 p.m.

Are you wondering why there is a  garden house in the church parking lot?  This custom-made Garden House will be up for bid during the Legacy Gala live auction.

This one of kind Garden House is perfect for any backyard! Not a gardener?  This multi-use 8x10 structure converts to a playhouse for the kids or a screened-in porch, so you can enjoy Minnesota summer nights without the hassle of mosquitos.  Features red cedar siding, storm windows & doors, green-treated base, fiber glass  roof (warranty up to 10 years), and electricity.  The clear roof allows sunlight in during the day and star gazing at night! Who gets to decide? Will mom get a garden house, dad a man-cave, the kid’s a play house or will the whole family enjoy a screened-in porch?

Can't attend the gala?  Contact Michele Kirchoff at mkirchoff@hnoj.org for proxy bidding.

Legacy Gala FAQ’S

What is the Legacy Gala?

Formerly known as the St. Pat’s Party, the Legacy Gala is building on the tradition started by Holy Name of Jesus parishioners over twenty years ago. The Gala will continue the mission of outreach to children at both Ascension and Holy Name of Jesus Schools. Read more history in this 2015 newsletter.

I can’t attend but want to continue the Legacy. How else can I support this event?

•Donations (tax deductible) are being accepted  - donate at link on top of page or drop off at the parish office.

•Sponsor a Teacher’s Ticket (tax deductible) - sponsor a teacher ticket or drop off at the parish office.

•Ascension School welcomes and depends on volunteers from the community. Contact Michele Kirchoff, Volunteer Coordinator at mkirchoff@hnoj.org for more information.

Opportunities to help range from listening to a first grader read aloud, helping eighth-grade students prepare for the state standardized math test, to working on buildings and grounds and in the school gardens.
