Bread of Life Apostolate to the Sick and Homebound

Trained lay ministers serve as prayer partners and supportive companions to those seeking help in coping with difficult life situations. Help those who are sick, housebound, dying, or going through transitions in their lives. Volunteers provide pastoral visitation with Eucharist as well as communion services at nursing homes.
