About Nominations
You can nominate yourself or any registered parishioner over the age of 18. If you are nominating someone other than yourself, please indicate this on your nomination and notify the person you are nominating before submitting this form. You may nominate an individual for more than one commission.
Selection Process and Timeline
We'll be accepting nominations now through May 26. Nominees will receive a mailing with a job description and overview of the parish leadership structure, followed by a phone call from a current parish leader.
