Room and Table Reservations
If you would like to reserve a room at Holy Name of Jesus or request a table in the Gathering Space or Good Samaritan Center after Masses, please contact Michele Schatz. All who are reserving space must review and fill out a Facility Use Policy and Agreement and return it to the parish office. If your event requires setup, please fill out a Request for Room Setup and return to the parish office.
A note about table reservations on the weekend: In an effort to keep our liturgy at the heart of our Sunday celebrations, and to help ensure a sense of hospitality for all who come to
Holy Name of Jesus, we have a set number of solicitations that are allowed each weekend. On weekends when there is no second collection during Mass, we can
have one table in the Gathering Space for volunteer groups and charitable organizations. On weekends when we do have a second collection during Mass, no solicitations may occur in the Gathering Space; however, we can have up to three solicitations in the Good Samaritan Center. This may include pancake breakfasts or other various types of sales.
HNOJ ministries are given priority, and adjustments to scheduling may need to be made in cases where unexpected events or collections of high importance occur. Please contact Barb Seliski at [email protected] and offer a first and second date preference for your table, if possible. You will be tentatively scheduled for either the Gathering Space or the Good Samaritan Center and receive a confirmation once your space is approved. Thank you for your understanding and help in keeping our Sunday liturgies Christ-focused and welcoming to our parishioners and visitors.
Bulletin, Newsletter and Other Communications
If you would like to submit an announcement for the bulletin, please contact Sarah Reid. View our bulletin deadlines.
If you would like to submit a Mass announcement for either our video or verbal announcements, please contact Sarah Reid. Mass announcements must be submitted by end of day Monday two weeks before you’d like the announcement made. Due to the limited time available, not all submitted announcements may be made.
